Patient Rights

Patients have the right to be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner by all practice staff and employees.

Patients have the right to data protection and patient confidentiality.

Patients are expected to use the services of the practice in a sensible and appropriate manner.

Patients are expected to notify the practice of changes in their personal details including changes of name or address.

Patients are expected to act responsibly and appropriately whilst on practice premises.

This practice operates a Zero Tolerance policy for abuse against or towards any member of practice staff. If you are violent or abusive towards any member of our staff, you will be removed from our practice list. We will also consider this action if you are repeatedly rude or aggressive.

Please witch off your mobile when you are with the doctor/nurse or other health professional.


The staff can speak english, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarathi and Hindi. Interpreters can be booked if needed. Please let us know when making appointments.


The practice policy is to promote good health and so in the interest of your health and that of other patients, smoking is not allowed on any part of the practice premises.
